Lara Center

Lara is a semi-native Coloradan who enjoys the great outdoors with her spouse, Ken and dog, Bleu! She obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 1994 which has served her well over the years working in a variety of settings including youth treatment, home health care/gerontology, education, and even union organizing. “My joy is in working with people and helping them break down barriers to maximize their potential whether at work or home.” Lara is excited about the next phase of her professional journey serving as a Guardian at the Colorado Office of Public Guardianship.
