Jordan is a dedicated social worker with more than 14 years of experience in social services, child welfare, and mental health. He has provided support across a wide range of settings, including child protection, crisis intervention, residential care, and community-based services, working with diverse and high-needs populations.
Jordan is skilled in case management, treatment planning, crisis response, and risk assessment, with extensive experience navigating legal systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. He has successfully guided families through complex challenges, connecting them with essential resources while promoting safety, stability, and long-term well-being.
In addition to direct service, Jordan has strong leadership and supervisory experience, including managing teams, conducting audits, overseeing program compliance, and training staff. His ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, agencies, and the judicial system reflects his commitment to public service and effective outcomes.
Outside of work, Jordan spends time doing all things outdoors, playing music and spending time with his family.
