Angela Bullard

Angela is a native of Colorado and a life-long resident of Delta County. She has had many rewarding years supporting and advocating for community members struggling to meet their basic needs or access resources due to age, mental illness, and/or disability. Her thorough understanding of public assistance programs and local resources is something she is especially excited to share with clients, professionals, peers, and individuals at any time. She obtained a degree in Business and Public Administration and is eager to pursue National Guardian Certification while serving as a Public Guardian.
