Sarah is a native Coloradoan and graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began in direct care, working with adults and children in their homes and communities. Sarah has since worked in case management, as a private trust administrator, day program manager, and as an advocate. She is passionate about ensuring person-centered care planning and support for her clients, while also emphasizing supported decision-making and the encouragement of self-determination whenever possible.
Sarah can be found on weekends making art, at concerts, hiking, spending time with her dog, and spending time with her extended family. She is currently working toward her Masters in Clinical Psychology, with a certificate in Art Therapy.
