Ashley Johnson

Ashley is a Florida native who holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida. She brings a strong background in social services, with extensive experience in case management and nonprofit organizations. Her professional expertise also includes grant reporting, court proceedings, compliance, and auditing.

For nearly a decade, Ashley worked in child welfare case management, supporting children and families through complex challenges. She later expanded her impact in the housing sector, serving as both a Housing Stability Outreach Supervisor and a Resident Services Manager. In these roles, Ashley provided critical support, resources, and referrals to families and elderly individuals facing financial insecurity and housing instability.

Ashley is deeply committed to advocating for vulnerable populations and believes that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.
