David Glantz

David is a dedicated human services professional with nearly ten years of experience supporting individuals and families across the United States. His background includes managing teams and overseeing departments that provide Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities waiver services in Colorado, as well as supervising Applied Behavior Analysis clinics throughout the state. He brings a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality, person-centered services.

Throughout his career, David has worked in a variety of roles within human services, including Children’s Advocate, Residential Support professional, and Head Start teacher. These experiences have allowed him to support children and individuals with diverse needs while developing a deep understanding of advocacy, education, and community-based care.

Outside of work, David enjoys exploring creative and personal interests that keep him balanced and inspired. He loves watching movies, playing the drums in his band, and traveling whenever he gets the chance to experience new places and cultures.
