Jeff Bird is the Region 4 Lead and chapter executive for the Colorado chapter for the Alzheimer’s Association. In this role, Jeff oversees the Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming chapters. Jeff joined the Alzheimer’s Association as chapter executive in the North Central Texas chapter in 2019 and then was promoted to his current role in 2021. Jeff previously worked at the non-profit Family Support Center in Salt Lake City where he married his passion for nonprofit excellence and helping families in crisis. Prior to that, he spent four years at the American Diabetes Association as area executive director, covering Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Wyoming and Montana. While there, his team grew revenues substantially year after year. Jeff also spent nearly four years at March of Dimes as state director where the chapter achieved profitability for the first time in 15 years under his guidance. Before entering the nonprofit world, Jeff was a highly successful salesperson, working predominantly in the medical supply field, where he led sales teams and was a regional trainer. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Utah.
