Patrick R. Thiessen

Patrick Thiessen began serving on the Commission in January of 2022. He graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2008 and then clerked for two judges of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Having practiced exclusively for ten years in the area of elder law, he is currently shareholder with the law firm of Frie, Arndt, Danborn & Thiessen P.C. Patrick has served on numerous committees within the Colorado Bar Association and regularly speaks on topics related to elder law.
